Health Care Advocacy Project Procedures Manual
CCCIL developed the Health Care Advocacy Project Procedures Manual thanks to a grant by The California Endowment. The Procedures Manual is designed to be an instructional resource for those interested in developing health care advocacy services within their organizations. The Procedures Manual takes you through the entire process of how CCCIL developed the project. It is our goal to provide a model that can be duplicated throughout California. You will find job descriptions, press releases, surveys, letters, and handouts. Please feel free to use any of the information.
Health Care Advocacy Project Spanish Handouts
CCCIL serves many monolingual Spanish-speaking people with disabilities. During the Health Care Advocacy Project we developed health care advocacy workshops targeting farm workers living throughout Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties. Our handouts include agendas and information explaining the health insurance process, and are included in the HCAP Manual. Please feel free to use any of the information.
2004 Annual Report
